Keep your project status options clean and organized by deleting unwanted custom statuses. Note that you can only delete custom project statuses. Statuses set as default cannot be deleted.
Also, when you want to delete a status with associated tasks, we’ll prompt you to choose a replacement status. Once selected, the tasks will automatically be updated, ensuring a seamless transition.
