Welcome to zipBoard! We offer a free trial period for you to fully evaluate our platform before committing to a purchase. Please utilize this trial period to explore zipBoard’s features and functionalities and to engage with our support team for any clarifications you may need before making a decision.

 

Trial Period and Decision to Purchase Full Version

Consider the 14-day trial of zipBoard as a “free evaluation period.” During this time, we encourage you to thoroughly test zipBoard and decide if it aligns with your requirements. After the trial period expires, access to zipBoard’s trial version will cease.

 

Purchase, Cancellations, and Refunds

Upon purchasing the full version of zipBoard, your license will be activated once payment is processed. Please note that once the license is activated, cancellations will not be feasible, and refunds will not be issued, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).

 

Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

 In rare instances and only within 15 days of your zipBoard purchase, if technical issues, platform incompatibilities, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent zipBoard’s functionality within your organization, we may consider issuing a full or partial refund. However, such decisions are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse such requests.

 

If a refund is being considered, you must provide all necessary purchase transaction details and reasons for the refund request. We may verify these reasons by further inquiry or by attempting to replicate the issues on our systems/networks before making a final decision.

 

Refund Communications

Should your refund request be deemed reasonable and made within 14 days of purchase, we will require an email from your official company email address or a letter printed on your company letterhead confirming discontinuation of zipBoard’s usage. It’s your responsibility to ensure timely delivery of all refund-related communications. zipBoard cannot be held liable for lost or delayed correspondence.

 

Refund Timeline

 If your refund request is approved, we aim to process it within 30 days from approval. While we strive to adhere to this timeline, unforeseen delays may occur. We will keep you informed of any such delays, but we cannot be held legally or financially liable for them.

 

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days of approval, please verify your bank account. If the refund is still not reflected, we will investigate from our end. However, please note that there may be processing time involved before the refund appears in your account.
