What Do Clients See When You Share a File?

When you send a Client Share link, here’s what happens:

  • Clients receive an email with a direct link to the file.
  • They don’t need a zipBoard account (unless you require them to login).
  • Once inside, they see only the content & comments you’ve allowed.
  • They can leave feedback, reply to existing discussions, or approve changes.

How External Feedback is Managed & Prioritized
