All Comments (Default)
- Clients can view all feedback from collaborators, clients, and guest reviewers.

Only External Comments
- Clients only see external comments—not internal discussions.
- Internal teams can have private conversations without exposing everything to clients.
Remove Access
- Instantly revoke a client’s access when they no longer need the file.

What Do Clients See When You Share a File?
When you send a Client Share link, here’s what happens:
- Clients receive an email with a direct link to the file.
- They don’t need a zipBoard account (unless you require them to login).
- Once inside, they see only the content & comments you’ve allowed.
- They can leave feedback, reply to existing discussions, or approve changes.
How External Feedback is Managed & Prioritized
zipBoard’s client collaboration software helps separate external client feedback from internal team discussions—so your team stays focused.

- 🔴 Error: No client selected—please add a recipient.
- 🔴 Error: All selected clients already have access to this file.
