September 11, 2024, marked a year since Andres Cajamarca joined zipBoard as a Full Stack Engineer. Over the past year, Andres has made remarkable contributions to building zipBoard, thereby showcasing his expertise and dedication in every project he undertakes.
Achievements and Contributions
Andres has been instrumental in several key projects at zipBoard. His notable achievements include:
- Integrating a New PDF Player: This project was particularly exciting for Andres as it involved working with three different applications and modifying core parts of the system.
- Solving Critical Issues: Andres has consistently demonstrated his problem-solving skills by addressing and resolving critical issues that have arisen.
- Improving the Testing Suite: His efforts in enhancing our testing suite have significantly improved our development process and product quality.

When asked about the most exciting projects he has worked on, Andres highlighted the integration of the new PDF player.
“The integration of a new PDF player was very exciting since I had to work with three applications and modify core parts of the system,” he shared.

“I think the key to overcoming challenges in any role is to always communicate with your team without having fear or second thoughts. Great solutions can only be achieved with great communication!”, Andres emphasized.
