Mike Bahr, AIA, is a Partner and Director of Client Relations at PRA. Mike ran the firm's Civic Design Studio for nearly 15 years. After 30 years in the industry, leading design and research teams, his role has changed to managing the firm's marketing and business development activities, and leading strategic growth planning. Mike helped to organize the internal PRA PM Training Seminars.
Doug Kunde, AIA
Doug Kunde, AIA, is a Project Manager and Associate at PRA. Doug has nearly 20 years of experience and currently manages large public education projects with complex external teams and shifting internal teams that tackle both ground-up and complex renovation projects. Doug is responsible for many internal training events such as regular lunch and learns and a regular series of “Architectural Roundtables” exploring varying aspects of architecture.
Justine Sieber, AIA, NCARB
Justine Sieber, AIA, NCARB is a Project Architect and Associate at PRA. Ms. Sieber has a decade of experience and currently runs senior living and housing projects, which despite small teams can range to complex 250,000sf projects. External engineers may provide full engineering or only scope engineering and D/B final design while her client groups may be private for-profit developers or public non-for-profit operators.
Ryan Schmitz, AIA, NCARB
Ryan Schmitz, AIA is a Project Manager and Associate at PRA. Ryan has over 2 decades of experience and currently runs corporate, civic, and religious projects. With this variety of client and project types, Ryan’s team can flex from one person to many depending on project size. External engineers may provide full engineering or only scope engineering with D/B final design. Ryan has helped manage the firm's ongoing PRA PM and Building Code Training Seminars.
