In two minutes you’ll have a project, a file, reviewers on it and your first feedback turned into tasks.
No credit card needed. Reviewers are always free.
Most reviews start like this: a file, an email, and replies from everyone in a different place. Let’s set up your first review in zipBoard, so it starts in one place instead.
Every review needs three things settled before it starts. Who has to look at it. Where their comments go, so nothing lives in an inbox. And who has the final say. Settle those once, and every round after is faster.
One choice up front: who is on your team, and who only needs to comment. Team members work in the project. Clients, agencies and experts can review from a link, without an account.
Sign up with your email, or with Google or Microsoft. Create a project. Start from a template for your kind of work, like construction, learning design, web design or content development, or start from scratch. A project holds the files, the feedback and the people.
Add the file you need reviewed. A PDF here, but it could be a web page, an image, a video or a course. Now say who has to sign off. Add them as reviewers, and give the file a status and a due date, so the round has an end.
For people outside your team, invite them by email or copy a share link. Choose what they can see, and add a password or an expiry date if you need one. Your reviewer opens the link and comments right on the page, without signing up.
Every comment lands on the file, in context. Turn the ones that need work into tasks, with an owner and a priority, and track them on a board or in a table. And everything waiting on you, across every project, is in My Work.
That’s your first review: one project, one file, the right people, and feedback you can act on.
No. Invite them by email or send a share link. They open it and comment on the file in the browser. You choose what they can see and whether the link needs a password or an expiry date. Share link options
Team members work in the project: they upload files, fix issues and manage tasks. Reviewers are the people who must sign off on a file; once you add them, the file appears in their My Work list until they finish their review. Reviewers vs collaborators
